Our story

Gate of Precious Stones Ministry was founded by Mrs Sharon Akpoguma, a Christian minister, speaker, and healthcare professional.

Born out of lived experience—as a wife, mother, leader, and healthcare professional—this ministry grew from years of walking alongside women facing fear, loss, brokenness, and low self-confidence. Sharon has served in churches, hospitals, and community settings, witnessing firsthand the deep need for emotional, spiritual, and mental restoration.

In 2021, Sharon received a God-given vision rooted in Isaiah 54:11 12, Isaiah 61:1 4, and Revelation 21, calling her to build a ministry that reflects God’s promise of restoration, beauty, and renewal. From this calling, A Gate of Precious Stones was born.

Grounded in Isaiah 61:1–4, the ministry exists to bring the message of hope and good news, creating spaces where women can heal, rediscover their voice, and rise into their God-given purpose through Christ.

Gate of Precious Stones Ministry is led by Sharon, alongside her husband and sister, who work together to steward the vision with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
